New Avon, LLC (“Avon”) is a leading social selling beauty, fashion, home and wellness company whose history extends back 130 years. We are a $1 billion company of doers: we are game-changers, self-starters and risk-takers. We roll up our sleeves and make things happen. Like giving women an opportunity to be in business before they could vote. And inspiring the financial independence, health and wellbeing of our Representatives’ and their families. Whether that means earning extra income, paying debt, putting children through college, or earning trips to travel the world, our Representatives’ success is ours.
Today, the direct sell model that we originated is thriving. Our team members are rewarded through meaningful work, competitive compensation, and a comprehensive benefits plan. When we win as a team for our Representatives, consumers, and each other, we win in the marketplace. And we are committed to making Avon the #1 social selling network in North America.
