Primary Purpose
Manage, control and monitor all aspects of fixture and material coordination from filling fixture and material requests to receiving event returns. This position will also be responsible for accepting and editing purchase requests from various departments, corresponding with suppliers for quotations. Preparing purchase orders and performing buying duties
Key Responsibilities
• Maintain and monitor the location and inventory of all fixtures and materials.
• Maintaining dock cleanliness and organization.
• The ability to separate fixtures for Special Events and NASCAR.
• The ability to separate fixtures and materials from merchandise.
• The ability to palletize and safely secure fixtures and materials on 20ft shelving.
• Responsible for storage trailer security and monitor trailer location.
• Maintains and accurately updates the information database
• Processes purchase orders, requisitions, and bid requests
• Communicates with vendors on status of outstanding orders as well as discrepancies with quality and quantity
• Drafts and submits budget proposals and recommends budget changes as needed.
• Monitor and maintain inventory and locations of all fixtures and materials.
• Place orders for components as per requests of Department Managers
• Provide weekly and monthly reports of the status, inventory and location of all fixtures and materials.
Education and Experience Requirements
• High School Degree or Equivalent, Associates Degree or Bachelor’s Degree a plus
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office
• Previous Materials/Consumables purchasing experience is preferred
• Must attain MHE certification at local facility

Physical Demands
• Must be able to lift 25 lbs
• Regular light physical effort is required
• Regularly required to sit/stand and walk throughout the facility
