Pre-Production Artwork
• Manage all production art flow in assigned teams product line
• Review & pre-approve production art files from CAD & Graphic Design
• Collaborate with Design & Sourcing on Graphic & CAD production art needs
• Create production art templates based on needs from collaboration above
• Create & manage all non-creative trim & graphic production art for Design into Product Management environment
• Manage all development revisions to production art and delegate creative revisions back to correct art team
• Upload all production art files to Product Management system and manage all associated data entry per assigned SBU
Line Catalog
• Collaborate with Merchandising/Design to construct Line Sheet in InDesign & Line Boards in Product Mgmt. environment
• Publish Line Sheet & Line Boards to eSPS, eRooms & in Product Mgmt. environment
• Collaborate with Sales & CopyCenter to produce Sales Catalogs and Top Account Catalogs
Creative Assistance
• Manage the purchased print log & reproduce/trace art files in Illustrator as needed
• Assist with photography & maintenance of inspirational samples
Seasonal Color
• Assist with development and maintenance of Design & Art master color palettes
• Assist with maintaining accurate color profile for Epson Design printers
• Resolve image issues for printing during creative meetings
Secondary Functions
• Work with Sr. Manager on implementation and creation of pre-sale catalogs, print when necessary
• Process images for XMP until PLM implementation
• Support and trouble shoot Art and Design related software
• Help facilitate correctly executed merchandise by working with PD&S team to create streamlined Production Art Templates and adjust as necessary if production issues arise.
Experience and Skills
• Working knowledge of Adobe suites, mainly InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop preferred
• Basic knowledge of apparel and licensed product development (i i.e. garment construction, technical knowledge of rotary print/ screen print/ embroidery techniques, factory limitations and production tolerances)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work calmly and maintain good judgment in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to learn quickly and manage multiple projects while completing deadlines
• Highly motivated to maintain consistency, accuracy and quality in a demanding environment
• Bachelors degree required
• 0-1 years of experience in a related area
