About the Team
The Marketing team at Stitch Fix is responsible for driving new client growth and driving value from the existing client base. At its core, Stitch Fix is a personalization service, and our team leverages data and insights to bring that same level of personalization to our marketing.
About the Role
Stitch Fix is looking for a passionate and seasoned CRM expert to lead the vision and drive the evolution of our CRM efforts, with the goal of delivering marketing personalization at scale and driving business growth. In this role, you will create, manage, implement and optimize multi-channel strategies (email, push, direct mail and more) with the goal of maximizing customer lifetime value and driving engagement. You will be responsible for all elements of our channel marketing, from setting the vision and high level strategy, to technical development, program execution, testing, reporting and optimization. Using a data-driven approach, you will lead the team to develop world class programs that achieve the goal of delivering the right message, to the right person, at the right time, in the right channel.

• Drive the vision and strategy for our CRM efforts in order to engage customers and deliver business growth
• Lead advanced segmentation projects in order to deliver a truly personalized marketing program
• Drive continued optimization and evolution of our channel marketing programs, including lifecycle trigger programs, transactional messaging and large scale campaigns
• Drive a single view of the customer’s experience and interactions with the company, ensuring that communication is optimized in a holistic and client-centric fashion
• Drive increased process efficiency that enables the team to maximize impact while minimizing overhead effort
• Build testing roadmap and work to continually test, iterate and optimize our efforts in order to increase the effectiveness of all channels
• Set the vision for channel measurement and analytics, ensuring we are appropriately measuring performance and impact and using learnings to inform campaign planning and optimization
• Proactively optimizes and ensure the health of the channels via regular reviews of KPI/ metrics and channel health checks
• Manage a large and growing team of talented channel marketers and technical email developers, ensuring their continued development and growth
We’re excited about you because…
• You have 10+ years of Marketing experience including senior level experience in CRM, email marketing and / or analytics.
• You have deep experience with industry leading CRM tools and marketing technology and have a strong knowledge of pros / cons; previous experience with Optimove is a plus
• You have held leadership roles and built and developed high performing teams
• You have a successful track-record of developing marketing strategies, executing, measuring, and delivering on performance targets
• You have strong project management skills including: conceptualization, driving alignment, planning resources, managing deadlines and objectives, delivering analysis and recommendations
• You are highly data-driven and understand how to optimize marketing programs to deliver upon overall company goals and metrics
• You have strong data visualization skills and are able to effectively communicate performance and business impact to the broader business
• You possess a strong understanding of consumer mindset and consumer empathy and you have a dedication to great consumer experiences
• You take ownership, are an inventive problem solver, and have a high level of accountability
• You have a natural ability to collaborate well with others across the organization and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced, and highly-fluid environment
