Job Summary
The Digital Content Coordinator will assist the US based Content team in the creation and management of the US and Canada toms.com websites. This role will request content from cross functional partners, as well as deliver and publish the content to toms.com in a timely manner. In addition to ensuring all content on the website has been approved through the appropriate channels, this individual will work cross functionally to prepare and enter tickets requiring web development assistance.
Essential Responsibilities
• Project manage the digital content workflow including the planning, creative development, publishing and quality assurance of the content
• Create and publish projects through web platform
• Build content pages using Endeca templates and manage content requests via internal task management system
• Act as quality controller of all digital content pre and post go-live
• Partner with Web Development team in the creation and project management of tickets
• Collaborate with the UI/UX team for the creation of wireframes
• Schedule, post and upload pre-produced videos to video hosting platform
• Coordinate execution of promotional content strategy and collaborate on present and future content infrastructure with cross functional teams
• Develop and perform weekly update of featured User Generated Content (UGCs) served via Olapic on homepage
• Maintain screenshots of site updates and refreshes on a weekly basis
• Adhoc tasks and/or other projects as needed relevant to business priorities
Requirements & Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Business Administration
• 1-3 years of experience in the digital space
• Experience with metrics software for web and mobile publishing platform
• Ability to manage multiple tasks through project management tools
• Ability to think critically and execute tasks accurately
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational and planning skills necessary
• Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
• Exceptional follow-through and initiative
• Ability to excel in a collaborative environment
• Knowledge of basic HTML
• Endeca and ATG experience a plus
