Your Role
Make An Impact:
We have an exciting new role for a Social Media Art Director for the Fossil Brand! You will be based in Dallas, Texas and report into the Social Brand Manager. You will have the opportunity to bring your solid social art direction expertise to our global brand.
Key responsibilities will include:
• Bringing the brand voice and persona to life through art direction, creative concepting and managing asset creation, specifically optimized for social channels
• Partner with Sr. Strategist on monthly content calendar and brand campaign assets
• Knowledge of industry trends and ability to incorporate these trends into developed work
Your Skills
• 5 - 7 years of social art direction experience is essential.
• Video creation highly preferred
• Strong organizational skills and social-first thinking is a must
• Excellent knowledge of social media platforms is required: Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, YouTube and SnapChat
• Team leadership and proven managerial skills are required
• Exceptional ability to lead, influence and work across organizational boundaries
• Fosters collaboration and productivity
• Possesses a tireless work ethic and sense of professional pride and purpose
