Marketing Manager, US Trade Marketing
Purpose:
Account Marketing Manager will be responsible for the creation, selling and execution of National account specific, integrated, marketing plans that support brand and account specific business objectives. Plans will help drive Reebok footwear and apparel sales at key National mall-based accounts.
Key Accountabilities:
• Develop, present and execute all aspects of account specific marketing plans that uphold brand standards support sales objectives and drive sell-in/sell-through of products for designated account base. Including print, digital, social media, consumer promotions, sales associate contests, in-store merchandising concepts, content creation, event/grassroots marketing, and field team support.
• Act as primary liaison with sales team and retailer teams (buyers, visual, advertising contacts etc.) for designated account base – focused on National mall-based retailers. Foster communication with regard to all planning and execution of initiatives.
• Manage designated trade account budget including processing invoices, forecasting, actual reconciliation and year end accruals.
• Present brand direction and account specific marketing plans at key meetings: Pre Lines, regular account meetings and internal pitch backs.
• Own content creation through vendor management and working with internal partners. Clearly brief content needs and manage the creation process. Communicate clearly with internal partners and multiple external vendors with regard to all planning and execution of these initiatives.

• Need to be laser focused on understanding the mall consumer and what makes them tick.
• Working knowledge of footwear industry trends as well as the competitive landscape.
• Knowledgeable and current on sneaker culture.
• Ability to work under pressure, manages daily deadlines, multiple projects, and work independently
• Strong client/account management skills
• Demonstrate strategic planning skills
• Excellent account management, budget management, analytical, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Must be able to work closely with sales team and navigate complex organizations.

Qualifications:
1. BS/BA in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or related discipline
2. Minimum 5 years of related marketing experience
