Support Seasonal Marketing team in the development of marketing strategy, content & marketing plans. Help lead cross-functional teams, articulate strategy and influence adherence to with peer through manager/director level partners, merchants, etc.

ACCOUNTABILITIES
Strategy development, content development and measurement:
Supports the creation of overarching strategies, briefs and content plans
Understands and articulates business hindsights, competitive and consumer insights
Helps articulate strategy and act as point of contact with key omni-channel partners
Critical Thinking
Helps bring forward new ideas
Relationship Management:
Demonstrate strong communication skills through partnerships with internal and external partners
Helps drive excitement and commitment to a shared goal
Helps provide solutions for overcoming obstacles
Project and content management:
Partners in process development and optimization
Articulation of trends and priorities
Leads recap distribution to cross-functional teams
Manages multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Helps manages budget
QUALIFICATIONS
Required:
Bachelor's Degree
2+ years marketing experience
Preferred:
Cross functional teamwork across marketing work streams
Business acumen, critical thinking, and analytical skills
Understanding of foundational marketing strategy development
Effectively navigate change and ambiguity
