Overview
The Production Coordinator will be responsible for assisting the Manager, Senior Producer on creative content production across all departments. This individual will be a part of the Creative Services team which is responsible for producing and managing integrated content creation for all Advertising, Digital, Social, Print (Newspaper, Collateral, Catalogue), PR, and website in addition to This is Tiffany and Tiffany Watches/Eyewear.
Responsibilities
The Production Coordinator will provide creative production support. S/he will assist in the production of still and video shoots, including but not limited to monitoring production schedules, including post production for film, coordinating COI’s, building out call sheets, and coordinating travel arrangements. S/he will support on-set when needed and service any talent or production needs that may arise. S/he will create and maintain shoot and project jackets for all creative content, trafficking all invoices in a timely manner from advance to final billing. S/he will assist in providing budget recaps as needed aiding in year-end billing, procurement needs and budget planning. This individual will assist in trafficking all projects, coordinating with stake holders at varying levels, including project management, brand management and creative.
The Production Coordinator will be responsible for studio coordination. S/he will assist the Manager, Senior Producer to oversee the photography calendar, working closely with the Merchandise Operations Manager to manage all bookings for the in-house studio. S/he will coordinate with the in-house photographers to keep studio supplies current, coordinate repairs and fulfill any miscellaneous photographer requests included but not limited to props, back drops and photographer contracts. S/he will work closely with Merchandise Operations team to alert of any changes to the in-house shoot schedule (often times on a daily basis). S/he will update the Project Management team on estimates across all categories and alert of any changes to cost or schedule.
The Production Coordinator will be responsible for image usage. This individual will support the photography/illustration renewal process. S/he will maintain all usage information documents for all creative content. S/he will assist with negotiating and securing rights for usage and drafting legal contracts. In addition, s/he will assist with obtaining clearance for any art, stock imagery, intellectual property and/or landmarks.
The Production Coordinator will support the Manager, Senior Producer in art buying and vendor sourcing. S/he will help in portfolio management and optioning. S/he will coordinate exploratory meetings on a daily basis. S/he will provide support with securing estimates.
Additionally, s/he will assist in maintaining vendor/artist relationships as well as continually build roster of additional freelance photographer talent, including the in house studio.
Qualifications
• The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree.
• At least 2-3 years of experience at an agency or brand working in project management, art buying or photo shoot production.
• Organized and attention to detail.
• Flexible to work on a wide range of creative projects.
• Team player, self-starter and comfortable in a fast paced environment.
• Strong communication and multitasking skills.
