The position is responsible for developing and advancing the company’s knowledge of customer behaviors through analytics and support client-centric marketing strategies. Primary responsibilities include the updating and distribution of customer data, liaising between corporate marketing and retail stores, and providing analysis on marketing campaign and event results. Developing and disseminating customer reports and analysis and supporting customer engagement programs. This role will report into Retail Marketing and work collaboratively with the cross-functional marketing team, including social media, events and direct marketing; the role will also work closely with the retail group, both the corporate division and the stores.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Develop and distribute customer lists to support retail clienteling initiatives and analyze campaign results; identify tools and opportunities to capitalize on findings.
• Become an expert on CRM systems; develop clienteling reports, KPIs and response analysis, and support retail clienteling platform roll-out and trainings.
• Manage the retail marketing inbox; update customer data, and serve as a liaison between corporate marketing and retail stores to identify brand appropriate marketing opportunities to pursue
• Work with cross-functional teams to submit creative briefs as needed, and maintain the overall marketing and clienteling calendar ensuring that all briefs and communications are submitted within lead time requirements.
• Support development and tracking of retail marketing budgets; track invoices and spending
• Maintain store locator pages and ensure content and imagery is up to date and leveraged to promote current campaigns and product
• Work collaboratively across departments to understand company goals and recommend customer acquisition and customer retention programs
Job Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree: marketing, business, economics.
• 3-5 years marketing and analytic experience; experience in retail with an understanding of CRM required.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint; excellent IT skills including strong knowledge and experience of database structures and CRM tools; modeling and statistics preferred.
• Ability to communicate with all levels of the business, prioritize assignments and establish solid relationships.
• Entrepreneurial; ability to drive forward with goals independently.
