Saks Fifth Avenue Beauty Influencer
Role Mandate:
Under the direct supervision of the Cosmetics Selling Director, the Beauty Influencer is responsible for driving the experience of services on the new beauty floor with energy and enthusiasm. Independent of any one brand, the Beauty Influencer will have a broad knowledge and passion for all brands and be able to leverage this knowledge to introduce the client to the wide range of products the beauty floor has to offer. The Beauty Influencer must be able to juggle many different responsibilities at one time. From booking appointments to providing event support to the Selling Directors for new product launches.
Core Responsibilities:
• Maintain a strong knowledge of beauty lines. Product features and services in order to educate customers and help them make the best decision.
• Coordinates and books appointments for all brands through the beautiful Discovery program
• Responsible for managing and maintain new Saks Beauty Program
• Models all Saks Fifth Avenue service principals ( greet, Relate, Exceed, Attend, and Thank) and provides an exceptional customer experience
• Approaches all visitors and customers warmly and identifies customer communication styles and flexes their own communication style to match customer preferences
• Maintains store standards by ensuring a clean, tidy, and welcoming environment
• Able to speak to all in store amenities, current promotions and events store wide.
• Helps to coordinate and execute marketing events
• Provides administrative support to selling Director team
Social Media
• Possess a great affinity for and be inspired by Social Media
• Understand and fully utilize Social media sites advertising the latest beauty trends
• Act as a Saks Fifth Avenue Beauty 2.0 social media facilitator
Execute Events Successfully
• Develop two in store events each week
• Develop two outreach activities specific to Cosmetics and fragrances each season
• Collaborate with Selling Director, Counter Managers, and Beauty Advisors to identify opportunities to grow the cosmetics and fragrances business through upcoming events on specific brands.
• Be flexible to support the changing requirements of the events scheduled
