Responsibilities
Primary Purpose: Support international team with seasonal market coordination and daily aspects of business operations.
The successful individual will leverage their proficiency to...
• Responsible for all logistical duties of market eight times per year (mainline and outlet). This includes but is not limited to organizing market schedules, partnering with merchandising in creating product assortment tools and owning the order entry process for all accounts.
• Maintain post market order updates and generate seasonal booking recap for market managers and directors
• Manage and streamline daily communication with KSNY internal teams
• Cultivate strong and meaningful relationships with both internal and external cross functional partners
• Monitor monthly shipments, logistics and order fulfillment in partnership with customer service
Qualifications
The accomplished individual will possess...
• 1-2 years of experience in a support or analytical role - international or domestic wholesale a plus
• Expert level in excel, including v-lookups and pivot tables (this is a must!)
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple accounts and requests simultaneously
• Must possess strong analytical skill set and sense of urgency
• Ability to manage multiple projects and problem solve in a fast paced, dynamic environment
• Must be a team player with a positive attitude
