eBiz Merchandise Coordinator (Kid's)
Job Summary
The eBiz Merchandise Coordinator (Kid's) is responsible for contributing to planned sales and gross margin goals for the online business.
Essential Responsibilities
• Manage product set up and leverage offshore team accordingly
• Own go-live timing of new styles based on campaign, inventory and production schedules. Monitor weekly inventory and proactively reach out to cross-functional partners to ensure product launches are on time with 100% inventory according to marketing campaign dates.
• Drive requests to creative partners for copy, product images and product lifestyle to support sales goals and monitor timeline of asset needs
• Own sample coordination, create and drive sample system solutions for assigned category
• Work cross-functionally to ensure that product copy, images, and video are consistent with established standards
• Execute planned digital marketing initiatives for their designated merchandise area through all appropriate digital channels
• Assist in executing digital shops to meet digital marketing needs while leveraging off shore team accordingly
• Align merchandising activities through product content and site merchandising with marketing, assortment, inventory and product margin goals
• Execute different merchandising strategies across user segments, channels and products
• eCommerce departmental administrative duties
• Optimize the PDP page maximizing all creative assets at our disposal.
Requirements & Qualifications
• Contributes to and works well within teams
• Excellent attention to detail and very organized
• Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment while shifting priorities
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Experience in e-commerce back-end (ATG, Endeca, Google Analytics a plus)
• Interest and love for business, fashion and improving lives
Education & Experience
• 1 year experience with an ecommerce platform
• College Degree (fashion or merchandising is a plus)
• Experience with CPG or Fashion
