Responsibilities include:
• Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
• Administrative experience, responsibilities to include
• Record keeping
• Financial billing records
• Processing of new Production applications and BNY accounts
• Excellent follow thru and self-initiative
• Strong Problem solving skills.
• Excellent Customer service skills.
• Daily Emails and Voicemails.
• Monthly aging reports.
• Strong interpersonal skills and relationship builder
Requirements include:
• Upbeat, outgoing and positive attitude.
• Great customer relations skills.
• Ability to work positively in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Strong computer skills, attention to detail and the ability to multi-task.
