Purpose:To provide unparalleled service to our customer in servicing Team Services. Customers include but are not limited to MLS and NHL licensed leagues, teams and adidas contractually signed athletes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Order entry and order maintenance for all of MLS and NHL.
• Run daily ship reports and provide results to the individual Reps.
• Maintain daily reports and trouble shoot with the various reps.
• Agron order processing, ensure orders ship by ship date, track shipments. Work with rep to correct any problems.
• Spartanburg order processing, ensure orders ship by ship date, track shipments. Work with rep to correct any problems.
• Monitor weekly Spartanburg inventory transfer report and trouble shoot with applicable rep. Communicate with Supply Chain and Spartanburg Customer Service on necessary PO updates
• Organize and execute all seeding projects for MLS and NHL
• Process PO requests via SRM as needed per Supervisor / Manager
• Review all customer orders to ensure all necessary information is provided. Must check size scale, inventory, pricing/discounts, art issues, and confirm order has accurate ship/cancel dates. Work directly with Team Services Specialist/Manager to correct any problems that are encountered.
• Process and track all MLS and NHL returns.
• Submit art requests and track progress
• Submit style set-ups
• Update allotments
• SIM checks for all PO placement with vendors.
• Keep assigned orders in a shippable status.
• Must be able to handle a high level of stress while remaining level headed and able to problem solve.

Knowledge Skills and Abilities:
• Computer Skills:
◦ SAMMS, MARC, Microsoft- Excel, Word, Outlook, Access, and Powerpoint
• Personal Skills:
◦ Key boarding, Organized, Outgoing, Personable, Flexible, Able to Multi-task
Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:
• Bachelor Degree Required.
• 1 year customer service (or equivalent) experience required.
