Job Duties, Responsibilities and Requirements
• New Rep Setup and Maintenance including system setup, customer assignments and onboarding
• New Account Setup and Maintenance
• Create and maintain system and process training docs for Reps and Retailers on Hubsoft
• Create and maintain internal training docs for cross training purposes
• Seasonal Sales Sample Management including Sales Rep, Tradeshow, Photoshoot and Style out orders and invoices
• New Season Setup in Hubsoft (including all necessary product catalogs)
• Create, manage and maintain all seasonal Sales documents and assets (Price lists, Order forms, etc.) in Hubsoft
• B2B Customer setup and maintenance in Hubsoft
• Seasonal Catalog (Printed) Matrix management (Qty and Shipping details) for PO creation
• Customer Ship To Location Maintenance
• Seasonal Sales Program process execution – Work with Sales Management and MDM to confirm approval and proper setup of Programs
• Maintain Key Account Discounts and Allowances Master doc and work with Sales Management, MDM and Credit to ensure all approved discounts are applied and updated in Customer Master as necessary.
• Work with vendor compliance and IT to set up new Drop Ship customers once approved. Perform regular/seasonal maintenance to product offering as required.
• Main point of contact for Reps regarding system, access and visibility issues and general troubleshooting
• Maintain Master Customer Email Contact list to share with Brand Protection for MAP policy communications
• Work with sales management/sales ops supervisor to update seasonal MAP Product List documents as required
• Work closely with Sales management and Finance to manage VSM approval and tracking process
• Support Regional and National tradeshow execution by coordinating samples, catalogs and meeting schedules as necessary
• Support field merchandisers by providing Hubsoft training and creating brand agent season and logins.
• Act as main support contact for Sales Reps and liaise with other departments as necessary to resolve issues
Education & Experience
Education/Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 1-2 years similar experience (sales operations, customer service, etc.)
Skills/Knowledge/Behavior:
• Proficient in Microsoft Applications
• Ability to effectively prepare and present information and respond to questions from management, sales team, customers and other employees of the organization.
• Experience working effectively in complex global organizations, satisfying the needs of diverse constituents, and often working under the pressure of competing and sometimes conflicting priorities.
• Highly motivated team player and motivated self-starter
