This role is a value-add business partner to the Team Sports, Customer Service, DH, and planning organizations within UA’s NA Supply Chain group. In this role, you will facilitate revenue growth by driving coordination across teams to identify gaps & drive solutions. Additionally, you will work cross functionally to bridge the gap and understanding between sales and supply chain with the ultimate goal of translating information into actionable steps/callouts for all groups. This position will be responsible for supporting a $250M+ dollar Team Sports business and also supporting the delivery of our product to UA sponsored schools in NA.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
• Aid in cross-functional alignment to drive cohesive and effective efforts for the Team Sports, Sports Marketing & Supply Chain teams .
• Develop in-depth understanding of Team Sports and Sports Marketing operations requirements.
• Responsible for coordination across teams to identify gaps and drive solutions. Form and oversee teams, built from cross-functional owners, to deliver strategic initiatives.
• Report to Executive Leadership on progress of identified workstreams, including, but not limited to: DH forecast accuracy, customer service/requirements, distribution and transportation strategy, and B2B operations.
• Partner with cross-functional leads to monitor and evolve Team Sports Scorecard. Own the creation of a Sports Marketing Scorecard.
• Manage special projects

Computer Skills
• Experienced user of Microsoft Excel, Microsoft SQL Server, Microsoft Access, or other systems
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, advanced Excel skills
• Knowledge of enterprise management system (SAP, Oracle, etc.) a plus
• Knowledge of database management (Access, BW, BObj etc) a plus
Education and/or Experience
• Bachelor’s degree (Supply Chain management/Operations preferred)
• 2-3 years of Supply Chain experience
