POSITION OBJECTIVE
Research physical inventory adjustment requests to determine if unit and financial adjustments are warranted. Analyze unit and financial data to identify and correct global shortage issues.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
ensure unit and financial accuracy
• Research store submitted inventory adjustment requests. Process and enter store requested and approved inventory adjustments impacting store unit and financial ownership.
• Research department/store specific shortages/overage.
• Identify issues via exception reporting. Issues Compliance related reporting associated with Inventory Adjustments.
• Support store management through issue trouble shooting, one on one support, and resource availability.
• Support DC Inventory Control by assisting in the research and resolution of verification and store expected issues which will impact unit and financial ownership.
• Assist in Inventory Administration through physical inventory communication to the stores and LP.
• Oversees productivity and Accuracy of temporary keying Associates.
QUALIFICATIONS
required
• Experience working with Microsoft Word/Excel
• Analytical, organizational, and problem solving skills
• Internal Mainframe systems experience
preferred
• College degree or equivalent work experience
• Retail experience preferred.
• Interest/experience working with basic retail math concepts.
