PURPOSE:
The Senior Photo Studio Operations Coordinator is responsible for executing the day to day operations of the studio. In this role, the candidate will establish a strong working relationship with the Ecommerce Merchandising, Planning and Creative Teams as well as the Wholesale Team to ensure that best in class service and photography are provided throughout the organization. They will ensure that the brand voice is clearly visible through our photography while working to provide all photography assets on time to all of our direct to consumer and wholesale partners globally.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Include but are not limited to the following:
• Creative
◦ Lead cross-functional projects to support editorial and creative needs ensuring a productive and positive environment is created for all teams
• Operations
◦ Compile global forecasts monthly to ensure all photography needs are accounted for and communicate status and expectations with key stakeholders throughout the organization
◦ Work with the Studio Manager to oversee budget analysis and operational efficiency of the studio
◦ Assist in the management of studio production flow to ensure that all global direct to consumer and wholesale partners have successful seasonal launches
◦ Create and manage production calendar to ensure all photography assets are provided in a timely manner
◦ Manage shot lists; make decisions on prioritization based on business need and urgency
◦ Help streamline new and current workflows, and create efficiencies to help productivity
◦ Extract, compile and deliver data/reporting to outline photography status in an efficient and accurate way
◦ Coordinate with the photography vendor to ensure all relevant and necessary product information is translated to the production team each season and as needed throughout the season
◦ Enhance the sample discrepancy process by developing an end-to-end discrepancy tracking system
• Leadership
◦ Teach and mentor more junior members of the team

QUALIFICATIONS OF IDEAL CANDIDATE:
Include but are not limited to the following:
• Bachelor’s Degree
• Experience: 1 year of Photo Studio experience
• Attention to detail, strong problem solving and analytical skills
• Excel skills imperative
• Ability to prioritize and organize workload to adhere to product calendar deadlines
• Ability to drive initiatives cross-functionally
• A Passion for project management
• Ability to be a part of a team, set challenging standards, develop strong partnerships, and lead others to action.
• Excellent partnership skills.
