Position Overview
As the Senior Director of Supply Chain Management, you own and manage the overall planning for labor, transportation, and network design. This role will lead the effort in designing labor plans models, forecast demand patterns, and negotiate with logistics providers that support our end to end supply chain. It requires the ability to leverage a broad cross-functional organization of business teams and management partners as well as work directly with executive stakeholders on a daily basis.
Responsibilities
• Ownership of labor and demand forecasting for all aspects of the operation.
• Lead the integration of innovative solutions that facilitates the improvements in the way we manage our demand forecast and inventory strategies for all garments and accessories products.
• Ownership of our end-to-end planning processes and workflows to support our network infrastructure investment decisions to our consumers, customer returns, and long-term carrier and courier network development.
• Execute, measure, and continuously improve key end-to-end supply chain performance indicators from build plan accuracy to customer on-time delivery and return.
• Define the technical roadmap for the systems working with RTR’s fulfillment and retail networks.
Qualifications
• MBA with 5+ years of relevant experience in labor planning and demand forecasting
• Familiarity with closed loop supply chain management
• Strong analytical abilities, high proficiency in creating and managing advanced models
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Significant experience in negotiating with logistics carriers and local couriers
• Must have proven ability to manage large scale projects amongst conflicting priorities
• Experience presenting to senior executives
• 3+ Years of leading cross-functional teams focusing on demand forecasting, labor planning, supply chain modeling.
• Quantitative focus, or degrees in Operations Management, Mathematics/Engineering Experience in supply chain optimization models
