GLAMGLOW- Director, National Accounts
Description
Responsible for the leadership, development, and sales performance of all non-Sephora accounts including Nordstorm, Dillard’s etc. Will craft annual retailer strategy and sales plan to align with brand strategy. Will make strategic decisions based on retailer performance.
Primary Responsibilities:
National Accounts – non-Sephora accounts
•Develop retail sales objectives, plans, and programs.
•Develop and strengthen the retailer relationship.
•Determine, plan and execute opportunities considering GLAMGLOW NA strategy, competitive landscape and trend.
•P&L management. Direct responsibility for Sales and NOP target.
• Ensure monthly and quarterly control. Review monthly achievements and adjust as necessary.
•Ensure strong ROI on key business levers.
-Conduct post launch evaluation analysis of major programs
•Understand and plan against the competitive set and channel opportunities.
•Work with Merchant & Cross functional teams to pursue all advertising/marketing opportunities.
•Drive the 360 planning of new launches with a focus on digital/social/mobile.
•Responsible for product assortment to advise on visual merchandising that will most positively impact sales.
•Partner with the Planner to review stock to sales ratio in an effort to maximize retail and net sales.
Qualifications
•Bachelor’s degree preferred
•Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience
•Proven, successful sales track record in cosmetic industry.
•Able to build collaborative relationships and work cross functionally with Marketing, Merchandising, Demand Planning, Supply Chain and Finance.
•Strong analytical and communication skills along with exceptional computer literacy
•Superior customer service-oriented abilities to meet the needs of the retail partner and brand stakeholders
•Must be able to manage multiple projects
•Should be a self-starter with the ability to work independently or as part of a team as needed.
•Basic understanding of and interest in Beauty industry and Consumer Packaging Goods Industry
•Prior experience with Passport System and/or Data Warehouse
•Travel-50%
