Purpose:
In the role as Senior Manager you will be responsible for managing projects to enhance and improve the Digital Brand Commerce vision and roadmap for Reebok.
You bring strong project management skills combined with solid technical and architectural skills to bring leadership in the design and delivery of needed projects.
Key Responsibilities:
The spectrum of tasks covers multiple digital disciplines including: technical leadership, project management, systems analysis, business process engineering, and digital business consulting within the digital spaces of CRM, performance marketing, eCommerce, digital marketing and personalization.
Collaborate closely with the Global Digital IT teams on the enhancement of current digital platforms and the introduction of new platforms within Reebok, including but not limited to CMS, CRM, eCom, marketing and mobile apps.
Lead the execution of business requirement analysis, and design and solution recommendation
Lead the delivery of projects in scope, quality and budget
Manage, direct and lead a team, including: hiring, training, planning, assigning and directing work, performance management and rewards.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders such as Global Product Owners, Digital IT, Data Protection, Infrastructure and Security to ensure the successful delivery of initiatives
Coordinate with service providers and third parties
Manage/resolve escalations
Collaborate on new digital technologies and help to define the future roadmap towards the ideal digital ecosystem for the Reebok globally
Work closely with external agencies, business and business analysts on understanding and formulating the business requirements
Knowledge Skills and Abilities:
A passion to stay abreast of latest digital marketing technology and web related IT topics
Experience in Agile development environment
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Strong analytical and social skills and with the ability to view issues from a business perspective.
Ability to work in a team environment, both local and remote, including cultural diversity skills
An excellent knowledge of digital ecosystem (CRM, eCom, content, social, analytics, personalization, etc) is required.
Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:
University degree in marketing, communications, IT, business or a related field
8+ years of relevant work experience in a digital department, agency or similar environment
In-depth understanding of digital technologies/methodologies
Ability to critically review functional documentation and project plans to a detailed level
Project management experience– including critical path management to deliver projects on time and within budget
Experience in a multi-country digital deployment preferred
Development skills a plus
Experience leading cross-functional, high performing teams (internal and external)
