Coordinator, E-Commerce, Smashbox Online
Description
This role will support the Smashbox brand.com and retailer.com sites, helping to achieve their online sales targets. The Candidate will support the team with executing marketing programs (e.g. email, search, etc) and on-site merchandising, performing QA efforts, and helping to manage asset/content trafficking and customer service operations. The Candidate should be highly organized, meticulous, and comfortable with excel, QA & multi-tasking. A passion for online and the beauty industry is a must. Excellent communication skills, deadline oriented & strong attention to detail is also a must.
Key Responsibilities:
PRODUCT/DATABASE SUPPORT:
•Assist in ongoing maintenance and updates of the product database, including addition of new products (gathering product details/images/copy/videos)
•Continually monitor and update any outdated information (e.g. discontinued products, price changes, etc.) and actively merchandise products for an optimal user experience
•Assist in checking product inventory, out of stock items and arrival of new products to ensure proper stock status and availability
•Distribute all new product assets and launch assets to International and external partners on an as needed basis
MARKETING/SITE SUPPORT
•Set-up offer codes and offer testing for all promotional campaigns
•Assist with all site refreshes for product launches and promotions, including homepage and offer page updates in the CMS
•Help with various aspects of email marketing, including asset delivery, CRF creation, testing, approvals and regular reporting
•Assist in the execution and QA of special ecommerce and digital marketing projects, such as sweepstakes
•Submit and track creative production requests to the creative team through the project management tool
RETAILER.COM SUPPORT
•Help compile new product launch information, product shots, videos, and banners
•Help communicate with creative department for any retailer.com asset creation needs
•Support QA and audit all Smashbox retailer.com sites (e.g. Sephora.com, Ulta.com, Macys.com and Nordstrom.com)
Qualifications
•2+ years related experience, including eCommerce
•MS Office with proficiency in excel
•Adobe Photoshop and CMS experience a plus
•Detail-orientated individual with strong organizational skills
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills
•Highly organized, strong ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
•Embraces both big picture objectives and follows through on details
•Excellent at working toward a deadline, keeping projects on track
•Excellent time management skills
