general purpose of the position: the store operations coordinator will be responsible for communicating all company information to the field and store teams including standards, calendars and memos. he/she will ensure store consistency and compliance with all store operational standards through store systems and written communication.

Store communications
• Administer and maintain store intranet site
• Create, write and edit intranet content that engages, informs and connects our corporate and field associates
• Create and manage store surveys to ensure the necessary feedback is obtained and in a timely fashion
• Ensure all communicate adheres to company/brand policies and procedure standards
• Review intranet posting requests, memos and other communication requests for accuracy, content, style and appropriateness
• Manage operations and field workload calendars, coordinate routine changes and updates
• Maintain content (files & reports) uploaded to store intranet site
• Manage all store profile and field leader contact information
• Develop and maintain relationships with key partners across the brand to ensure an effective flow of content and information to stores
• Develop relationships with international business partners and store teams to ensure brand standards are globally maintained
Store incentive programs
• Responsible for working with cross functional partners to develop engaging contests and incentives from conception to implementation – inclusive of communicating updates and announcements
Store systems
• learn and understand store systems to ensure clear communication of the systems and processes
• act as an expert in the store intranet site to provide support, maintenance and training
Qualifications

• Minimum two years of experience of proven communications in a retail environment
• Strong writing and interpersonal skills
• Fluency in french is a plus
• Superior proofreading skills
• Microsoft office suite experience including advanced knowledge of word and excel
• Web/intranet experience
• Strong ability to prioritize workload and multi-task with moderate supervision
• Ability to consistently exhibit diplomacy and poise
• Exposure to and some experience developing and executing a variety of internal and external communications; able to understand the needs of varied audiences
• Adobe suite or other creative/design software skills are a plus
