Overview
The ideal candidate has a strong familiarity with the influencer landscape and an understanding of how brands leverage talent to support their overall business objectives. This person will be responsible for ideating and building strategic influencer-driven campaigns, and identifying the right talent to fulfill the program. From highly engaging micro-influencers through to top tier, far-reaching influencers.
Responsibilities
• Work with Entertainment Director to develop and build campaigns that align and exceed business objectives and goals
• Craft end-to-end full-scale influencer campaigns that support brand initiatives, objectives and KPIs
• Develop and maintain relationships with influencers and talent
• Develop recap materials following campaign execution to measure and evaluate value, including ROI and performance metrics
• Facilitate talent negotiations and approvals of campaign materials
• Oversee campaigns to ensure timely delivery of influencer assets and coordinate logistics based on talent contracts
• Plan and overseeing global influencer activations
• Price influencers and developing scope of services
• Negotiation of formal offer and long form agreements on behalf of brand and agency clients
• Buy/Manage talent/content in the digital space and interactwith agencies & influencers
• The ability to effectively collaborate with multidisciplinary teams a must
• Strong relationships with talent representation and digital/social networks
Qualifications
• Approximately 5-8 years of development experience working in influencer PR / marketing
• Have a finger on the pulse of trends, influencers, fashion, art, music and pop-culture
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Knowledge of competitive luxury landscape
• Ability to collaborate across functions to create 360 campaigns
• Strategic understanding of traditional, digital/social specific media marketing in addition to appropriate metrics of success
• Tapped into trends in social media/ Digitally savvy – embraces social media as part of daily life
• Excellent communication/interpersonal skills
• Ability to take strategic direction and formulate ideas into decks and briefs
• Strong understanding and passion for jewelry, accessories, fashion, and media a must
• Capacity to operate under tight deadlines and shifting priorities
• Comfort with managing budgets
• Ability to navigate a big organization and manage processes inter-departmentally
• The ability to effectively collaborate with multidisciplinary teams a must
• Strong relationships with talent representation and digital/social networks
• Robust network, specifically within the in digital / social space; knowledge of various agencies and networks and who and how to work with them to construct talent partnerships
• Ease with Keynote, PowerPoint, Excel, Photoshop
