About the Role
The Regional Director of Styling is a key leader who inspires, leads and develops within our Styling organization. In this role, you will lead a large, geographically dispersed team of work from home stylists, who are the heartbeat of our organization. Inspiring and creating a client centric, mission driven culture, you will be responsible for developing and engaging leaders at all levels of the organization to ensure the team can deliver the best Client and Fix experience today and in the future. Highly cross functional, this leader partners and advocates on behalf of the Styling field to ensure we are developing our training, communications, processes and systems to meet the needs of our Stylists and proactively works to connect our Stylists to other parts of the organization. The Regional Director, Styling reports directly to the Director of Styling, US.

Develop leaders at all levels within the Styling Team
• Establish talent development capabilities on the regional teams you lead
• Build a pipeline of talent in all levels of your teams
• Ensure the team has the leaders in place to meet future business needs
• Develop performance management, coaching and development capabilities on the team
• Proactively partner with the people and culture team to build capabilities
Lead and inspire a large team of Stylists
• Create an environment where the client is at the center of every decision we make
• Lead in a way that always connects the team to the larger Stitch Fix mission and values
• Translate broader company goals into clear and understandable objectives for the team
• Effectively communicate to all levels of Styling organization through various touch points
• Drive new and innovative ways to keep Stylists engaged and inspired
Oversee the management of Styling operations
• Oversee multiple regions within the Styling field – with full accountability to deliver on all aspects of culture, client experience and key business metrics
• Ensure team is hired, staffed and trained to deliver the best results possible
• Use data to drive improvement across key metrics and the larger client experience
• Elevate Styling themes, trends and feedback and partner to drive positive improvement
• Remove roadblocks the team is facing through partnership across the organization
• Influence and drive the creation of policies, processes and practices supporting the Styling team while partnering across the organization to influence the longer term vision for Styling at Stitch Fix
• Work in partnership with Styling Field Leadership to set the future direction for the organization
• Partner with the Styling Enablement Team to ensure Styling tools, processes, training and communications meet the ever changing needs of the Styling Field
• Represent and advocate for the needs of the Styling team
• Evolve roles on the Styling team to meet the ever changing business needs

• have a Bachelor’s degree and at least 7-10 years relevant work experience

• are able to work full time in the Stitch Fix HQ office based in San Francisco, CA or Stitch Fix AQ office based in Austin, Texas.
• are willing and able to travel 50% of the time.
