Summary
Under Armour is seeking a Facilities Coordinator to assist in maintaining our headquarters while providing the highlight level of customer service to our teammates & organization. You will assist the Facilities Manager in all aspects of Facilities while managing all of our teammate requests and service needs with vendors. This is a great opportunity to work with all levels of the organization and provide the necessary help in running a smooth organization.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
• Provide Customer Service to teammate service requests
• Responsible for ordering the printer toners and restocking in the printer cabinets
• Responsible for managing paper inventory and distributing paper to all printer cabinets
• Help with vendor communication and site access needs
• Assist the CRE Team with desk needs for New Hire set-ups and internal transfers
• Coordination of furniture needs and installs with the CRE Team
• Assist with minor auxiliary furniture moves and other office needs
• Assist with processing necessary documentation for vendor service contracts
• Direct support and coordination to meetings and presentations in key venues at the UA Global Headquarters and other corporate properties.
• Room Scheduling (Except during sell in periods)
• Individual will be responsible for the set up and break down of each Studio, Arena and other venues at the UA campus as follows: ◦ Responsible for delivery, set up, break down and storage of all tables, chairs, fixtures, staging, etc. Includes coordination of any required 3rd party vendors.
• Coordinate with Brand, Product, Sales, Retail, Facilities, Shipping & Receiving, Asset Protection, IT, and the Property Management Company, to ensure each of these groups is doing their part to keep the studios and arena in good working order.
• Help troubleshoot any AV needs, and assist in kicking off select meetings and events

Education and/or Experience
• High School Diploma
• 2+ years’ experience in Facilities, Construction Administration and/or Property Management Administration Demonstrated ability to creative problem solving techniques to resolve project issues
