Responsibilities
• Work as key liaison between retail & digital marketing (production, ecommerce, product design, and the creative departments)
• Key focus on outlet digital & print projects
• Partner with manager on building outlet creative process
• Manage print, digital, video, event & cross functional projects
• Responsible for monitoring routing & upholding brand quality by ensuing all projects are approved by appropriate parties and deliver final files to the deck/dam
• Maintain DAM system uploading, tagging metadata, organization and distribution of final assets
• Review, edit & bring clarity to select creative requests, insuring that projects have clear direction & focus prior to initiating
• Manage project execution and facilitate an efficient workflow process to ensure timely & accurate development of creative materials
• Monitor routing - uphold brand quality by ensuing all projects are approved by appropriate parties
• Collaborate with manager on meeting ownership & division of tasks/projects
Qualifications
• Bachelors degree required
• 2 - 3 years of relevant industry experience, must have experience with project management
• Excellent communication, time management skills and ability to multitask and focus in busy work environment
