Responsibilities
General Purpose: The Retail Ecommerce Operations Coordinator is responsible for management and delivery of ecommerce reporting and monitoring of the order management system. The person in this role will support the operations strategy team by creating and delivering key reporting, monitoring customer issues and reviews, and through maintaining a working partnership with the warehouse and customer service team to provide a best in class guest experience.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
• Responsible for creating and distributing several ecommerce and omni channel reports to corporate teams
• Identify and communicate reporting issues to manager on a daily/weekly basis through a clear and concise manner
• Liaison with customer service team with a high sense of urgency to ensure all customer needs are met and communication is delivered upon to provide a best in class guest experience
• Responsible for daily monitoring of guest reviews through company platform; log and provide all issues requiring follow up with warehouse and direct manager
• Demonstrate the ability to provide operational excellence through monitoring of all orders originating on ecommerce to ensure they ship out in a timely manner
• Maintain strong organizational standards
Qualifications
• Must be highly proficient in excel with a strong understanding of all windows based office programs
• Strong communication, listening skills and ability to develop peer relationships
• Attention to detail and problem solving
• Strong writing and interpersonal skills
• Action oriented
• Strong ability to multi-task
Education and Experience Required:
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in luxury goods or a comparable retail environment with a focus on retail operations
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Proficient in excel
