ROLE
The HRIS Coordinator is a is a vital part of the HR team supporting Corporate Human Resources and Field HR with day-to-day system maintenance, data entry, data integrity and ongoing system testing and improvements. This person will be responsible for inputting and ensuring the accuracy of employee data across HR systems. This opportunity is ideal for someone resourceful and process-driven with an impeccable eye for details.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Data integrity and completeness of day-to-day information entered into HRIS systems.
• Maintain system and assist with issues and requests as necessary.
• Serve as a liaison between various IT support teams for problem resolution of ADP data feeds.
• Provide on-going administrative support for various facets of HR that include scheduled and ad-hoc reporting, I-9 and SSNVS accountability, employee file management, ADP report training and project assistance as needed.
• Review and recommend improvements to current workflows and future processes.
Qualifications
Skills/Qualifications:
• 4-year College degree required
• 1-2 years Human Resources experience preferred
• Must have strong computer skills including heavy OUTLOOK, POWERPOINT, WORD & EXCEL
• Impeccable organizational and project management skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Polished interpersonal skills and strong professionalism
• Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion
• Proven ability to work in a fast paced environment
• Detail oriented and focused
• Interest in the fashion Industry and developing aspects of the business
• Knowledge of HRIS systems such as PeopleSoft and Workday preferred
