As the Activation Manager for Fanatics Brands, you’ll act as the digital marketing expert for the team. You’ll build out and create a strategic marketing calendar that will translate seasonal stories and opportunities that will support eComm, In- Venue and Wholesale sell through.
• You’ll Lead a 360 degree Digital led marketing strategy across all leagues that aligns with wholesale and events
• You will elevate the Brands on site presence by redefining how apparel and headwear stories are told.
• You’ll be the cross functional liaison for Fanatics Brands across all internal and external marketing counterparts
• You’ll work closely with the creative team to create marketing tool kits that align with all product launches, events and activations
• You’ll spearhead new creative strategies regarding product storytelling on all league and owned sites
• You’ll measure conversion and analytics from ecomm and use this information to inform the product team of learnings
• You’ll work closely with the League Management team to align on a marketing calendar and budget that supports the range architecture that is laid out for each season and each calendar year
• You’ll be responsible for measuring and analyzing seasonal stories and their performance
• You’ll help support all product and marketing presentations
• You’ll work with the merchandising team on alignment with each new collection
• You’ll own the digital marketing platform, including sort, social and SEO and make sure these strategies execute seasonally.
• You’ll manage project and activation budgets on an annual basis
• You’ll work with the visual merchandising team to align on creative strategy for Fanatics Brands
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in business, merchandising, marketing or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years marketing or trade marketing experience.
• 3 years experience in ecommerce buying or product merchandising a plus
• Prior exposure to digital, social or trade marketing
• Sports fan a plus
• Ability to multitask
• Experience in multi channel marketing plans and activations
• Experience in using and utilizing sales data to analyze activation performance
• Willing to push the limits and boundaries of traditional marketing
• General financial skills including good working knowledge
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to travel up to 25% of the job.
