Supports the Email Marketing team in the execution and reporting of email marketing programs. Drive sales across channels by ensuring email accuracy and timeliness.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Email setup and launching:
• o Collaborate with business partners to ensure all email assets are received and coded in a timely manner and with accuracy.
◦ Test coded emails and secure appropriate approvals. Work with teams to implement any necessary changes.
◦ Share creative and launch times to keep appropriate people informed of what emails we’ll send and when we’ll send them.
◦ Launch and check email to make sure they were sent as planned and are tracking in Omniture.
• Help implement and assume responsibility for monitoring trigger and transactional emails. Assist with updates to trigger and transactional emails.
• Coordinate special store event mailings.
• Regularly test email acquisition efforts to ensure signups are registering correctly and updates to assets are identified and addressed.
• Provide results to internal team on email performance.
• Run regular email reports and complete competitive analysis.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Marketing or Business.
• 0-2 years relevant eCommerce or direct to consumer experience; email experience preferred
• Understanding of quantitative metrics and analysis
• Experience working with an email service provider
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Team player with an ability to work in a fast-paced and changing environment
• Excellent communication (oral and written) and presentation skills
