Director - eCommerce -DGPB
The Director- E-Commerce will oversee the entire E-Commerce business for the three brands under Delta Galil Premium Brands Division: 7 For All Mankind, Splendid and ella moss. The Director will manage the site content and day-to-day operations of a multi-million dollar online business. This role works to ensure that our web presence supports the 7 For All Mankind, Splendid and ella moss brand images and works with appropriate functional partners to ensure appropriate site content, merchandising presentation, site features/functionality and overall online customer experience. The ideal candidate will be a key player in the development and implementation of our online strategic growth plans and is an individual that is comfortable with implementing strategies/plans through direction given to teams that support our business both internal and external. Establish control-related standards and procedures.
Job Responsibilities:
• Create Strategies that enable business financial objectives to be met as well as ensuring the brand moves forward in alignment with company direction.
• Create Merchandise Planning and Allocation strategies to ensure effective assortment and color/size allocations. Direct site content including overseeing development of creative home and directory pages. Lead the creation of online merchandise categorization, cross-sells, and collections.
• Create an Organizational Structure, Select, Develop and Train a team that executes the ecommerce strategy.
• Ensure effective overall business processes for the division.
• Communicate frequently with third-party vendor for day-to-day site operations.
• Drive improvement opportunities to enhance the customer shopping experience from website to fulfillment
• Lead strategic growth plan to expand the B2B business.
• Develop a comprehensive account acquisition and conversion plan including marketing, site content, functionality, and operations.
• Obtain Sales team buy-in on strategic direction and partnership for implementation.
Requirements:
• Years of Related Professional Experience: 5+
• BS Degree
• Must have significant product merchandising experience with a business to consumer apparel or consumer products website.
• SEO/SEM and digital marketing experience
• Must have solid experience with site merchandising (has merchandising point of view) and developing site features/functionality that enhances the product/assortment presentation.
• Experience with various E-Commerce platforms required.
