• THIS IS NOT AN IT POSITION.
• Support DC Quality Audit administrative activities.
• Create and distribute reports of factory quality performance metrics on a regular basis
• Review audit data for process compliance and data accuracy, working with audit management for corrections when needed
• Facilitate quality rework execution: create rework cost estimates, communicate with 3rd party service providers, support work order and transfer processes and review invoices for accuracy.
• Provide updates to business on audit/rework project status, updating tracking tools, communicating with internal partners and providing updates to quality leadership on major projects
• Review audit data daily to provide recommendations for follow-up to QA Manager and DC Audit Supervisors.
• Review Supplier Qualification audits and process for disposition, reviewing with QA Manager as needed. Provide data reports or updates from the GSCC system as assigned.
• Perform product quality-related project work as assigned.
• Deal directly with third-party rework service providers.
• Provide backup support to other Quality functions as workload/coverage demands.
• Administrative support of invoice processing in SAP V2V.
Experience and Skills
• THIS IS NOT AN IT POSITION.
• Bachelors degree OR equivalent experience (2+ years) in apparel, engineering, or other industry-related field.
• Intermediate level proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Understanding apparel production and quality terminology.
• Strong communication (verbal & written) and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work with a variety of associates in various levels of the organization.
• Ability to build strong cross-functional relationships.
