Job Description
The Paid Media Manager will work directly under the Director of Paid Social and is responsible for the successful execution and delivery of client advertising campaigns across the Facebook platform.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Ensures successful delivery of social advertising campaigns against campaign goals and objectives
• Optimizes advertiser campaigns based on campaign objectives and goals
• Builds audience behavioral models based on analysis
• Provides exceptional customer service cross-functionally
• Articulates optimization tactics and campaign performance
• Drives key account growth by providing in-depth analytics and insights
• Drives behavioral segment analytics and lift on campaign performance
• Ensures procedural and operational excellence
• Ensures the adherence to internal (and external client) creative and trafficking SLAs
• Recommends internal delivery processes improvements
• Supports new team members in training on systems and processes
• Translates sales strategy into tactical implementation
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Ad Operations
• Advanced understanding of driving performance in social media ad campaigns
• Experience managing multiple campaigns and delivering $100,000+ monthly budgets
• Experience in Facebook ad delivery
• Excellent computer skills: Excel (advanced level preferred), Word, PowerPoint
• Strong analytical skills
• Ability to multitask & set priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Extremely detail-oriented
• Well-developed communication skills (written and oral)
• Ability to show problem-solving skills
• Ability to work with a wide range of people at all decision-making levels
• Excellent planning and organizational discipline
• Strong leadership and team-building skills
• Experience in digital media planning, campaign management, and analysis
• Experience optimizing advertiser campaigns based on campaign objectives and goals
• Experience building audience behavioral models based on analysis
• Knowledge of basic ad campaign terms (CPM, CTR, CPC, etc.)
