Objective:Build strong relationships w/ key accounts while protecting the brand. This person must be dedicated and focused while achieving sales and shipping goals.
Responsibilities:
• Sells, negotiates, and communicates Brand strategies and initiatives
• Provides direction to cross-functional areas throughout the wholesale organization
• Develops and implements sales planning and forecasting with goal to meet and exceed sales and shipping goals on a monthly, quarterly, seasonal and annual basis
• Understand six- month flows, financial plans and how to manage to ship goals on a monthly, quarterly, seasonal and annual basis
• Utilizes technology, systems, analytical tools and processes to achieve directives
• Maintains and provides details knowledge of the industry and competitive environment
• Manages inventory levels, internal and external, in conjunction with Replenishment team to achieve targeted sales, turnover and in stock percentage goals
• Create assortments targeted towards each specific account
• Directs, develops and negotiates join business plan and collaborative forecasting
• Manage and update ship logs 2 to 3 times a week and responsible for shifting and replacing dollars (ie; late product, pull-ups etc)
