Primary Purpose
We’re looking for a strategic, data-driven email marketing manager to join our team. Reporting to the Director CRM Strategy, you will guide the strategy, planning and execution of this key channel, playing a direct and meaningful role in the continued growth of our company.
Duties and Responsibilities:
As the Email Marketing Manager, you will:
• Lead the strategic development and campaign execution for all email efforts across all products (promotional, reactivation communication strategies as well as triggered and transactional campaigns) with a constant focus on optimization to achieve click-through rate, conversion, revenue, RPS and other key engagement goals.
• Establish and maintain a go-to-market campaign calendar that balances the growth of the licensed sports merchandise industry and connecting & serving our fans.
• Determine the circulation plan, segmentation strategy, cadence, sequencing and dynamic content rule/logic for all email efforts.
• Project manage the end to end process in collaboration with internal and external stakeholder partners from campaign planning, testing and design, to reporting and measuring success through detailed data analysis.
• Craft compelling, relevant and timely email content and subject lines to effectively engage, inspire and drive awareness to our fans.

• Excellent communicative skills to effectively communicate across all company levels, teams and League partners.
• Basic knowledge of sports teams and players (past and present) is required; awareness of current sporting events as well as historic sports figures and events are preferred.
Education and Experience Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree
• 5+ years of demonstrated success in email, direct marketing or CRM roles
• Experience working in the B2C and/or ecommerce space
• Successful multivariate and A/B test design and execution
• Experience with at least one ESP's platform, such as SalesForce Marketing Cloud ─ including customer segmentation, dynamic content, and customized messaging experience, a plus
• A great team player that enjoys operating with cross-functional teams
• Strong organizational skills – able to be self-directed and deliver on deadlines
