Studio Operations Specialist – COTY Professional Division, New York, US

MISSION AND RESPONSIBILITIES
We are actively looking for our future Studio Operations Specialist. You will be the first point of contact customers see when visiting our Studio in New York. You will ensure all guests and attendees have the best customer service experience from start to finish. In addition, you will also be responsible for preparing daily P&L reports and doing a weekly Seminar reconciliation.
Responsibilities
• Meet and greet all studio guests and attendees.
• Prepare P&Ls for each studio seminar and custom events.
• Perform weekly reconciliation of studio income.
• Book all top artists, BEs, and models for studio specific events and seminars.
• Prepare and manage all paid models, photographer, doorman, & make-up artist, paperwork and ensure it is processed promptly for payment.
• Responsible for ordering and setting up lunches and snacks.
• Manage all studio inventories (NRO preparation and ordering).
• Help organize and execute studio seminars and events.
• Studio Concierge back up and support
QUALIFICATIONS
• High School Graduate, some college with 1 to 2 years Customer Service Experience.
• Knows Power point, and excel.
• Some finance background.
• Able to multi-task.
• Able to work nights and weekends (typical schedule Sunday – Thursday).
• Friendly, outgoing personality
