Summary:
The Finance Director will serve as the finance lead and trusted strategic partner to the TR WW Brand General Manager (GM). This role will act as a key stakeholder in all financial and strategic matters. The Director will act as a catalyst in driving forward initiatives critical to the establishment and delivery of the strategy, performance, and results. This role will serve as the lead for the financial estimate, risk and opportunities, planning, and long range planning processes.
Responsibilities:
Financial Planning & Analysis:
• Business partner and finance lead for selected brands during Long Range Plan, annual budget and monthly estimate.
• Provide in depth financial analysis to support development of strategy and annual budget with focus on product category and geographic / retailer analysis and Opex allocation
• Act as finance lead for DVFR process and attend monthly TR Pre-SIOP meetings to ensure alignment between financial LE and demand plan
• Provide day to day financial support to the GMs of selected brands and liaise with global brand finance to ensure timely communication of business status and outlook and implementation of brand/corporate financial guidance.
Strategic Business Partnership:
• Drive complete integration and collaboration with Marketing and Demand Planning to provide a holistic business support model for the brand GM.
• Understand the business strategy and provide highly relevant insight to drive business performance.
• Develop a fluent knowledge and understanding of the marketing programs and calendars.
• Assist in the financial target setting of marketing programs and manage the review and analysis of the results against the original targets
Leadership:
• Lead and drive consistency amongst the Regional Business Partners (Business Managers) and Regional Brand Directors to efficiently and effectively support the GM on all finance related inquiries and processes.
• Serve as the main point of contact for the represented brand(s) to all levels of TR leadership.
• Provide high level analytics and business driven recommendations in areas such as gross margin analysis, capital Investment, OPEX Efficiencies [Demo, Digital…], resource allocation, etc.
Qualifications
• Position requires 8 years relevant work experience
• Strong analytical skills
• Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, functions, etc.)
• Strong financial system knowledge and experience (ex: CPM, Microsoft Office, SAP/SRM)
• Strong Interpersonal and communication skills
