POSITION SUMMARY
The Regional Manager is responsible for elevating the in-store experience by creating and executing tools for a comprehensive support program for regional accounts/ sales agencies, managing the field marketing team and serving as a liaison for marketing, internal/external sales teams and Winston Retail Solutions.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Manage visual merchandising and execution for marketing field team and WRS. Serve as liaison between marketing and internal/external sales teams.
• Manage and service (hands on) specified regional account territory.
• Partner with Sr. Manager to develop formal document to capture and socialize seasonal information collected.
• Develop and execute customized training programs/tools and reports for Winston in-house team, wholesale marketing and sales reps to elevate execution in the wholesale market.
• Communicate consistently with the Sr. Manager and Wholesale Marketing teams to ensure a holistic approach and execution; balance agency and account requests with brand priorities.
• Develop and implement process for shop installs, special projects, etc. for improved efficiency (pre-check list, walk through, photos, fixture and graphics recommendations) in collaboration with wholesale marketing managers.
• Create detailed directives per delivery or season with direct report and own accounts.
• Develop seasonal calendars for floor sets, windows, and brand initiatives in collaboration with wholesale partners for respective region east/west
• Participate in Sales Meeting process (pre/midpoint/post) to align on strategy and support tools such as regional assortments and assortment feedback with wholesale marketing and AMR’s. Support Merchant team as needed.
• Participate in line buys as requested by accounts.
• Work with Sr. Manager to develop and manage Winston and ambassador programs within east/west coast regions.
• Inspire, lead and develop Sr. Field Marketing Coordinator (LT strategy to grow to a team of 3-4 direct reports).
• Maintain a regular cadence of tactical, strategic and developmental touch-points including off-sites and other business related extracurricular activities that inspire and motivate with your direct report.
• Manage and reconcile budget (cost TBD) through close partnership with Sr. Manager and updates from Finance.
• Manage the upkeep of TNF Global Visual Standards Manual and Brand Standards Manual (assessment every 2-3 years).
SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS
• 5+ years of Brand, Visual Merchandising
• 2+ years of cross-channel management
• BA or BFA preferred
• Experience managing and developing a team
• Superior time management, multi-tasking and organizational skills
• Excellent communication skills, both upward, peer and downward
• Fearless approach to try new things and learn
• Ability to inspire and develop strong talent and address weak talent
• Strong ability to think both creatively and strategically
• Strong ability to adapt to frequent change while handling multiple projects concurrently

• Computer savvy: Mac Platform, CAD, Adobe Creative Suite, Power Point, Word, Excel
• Travel out of market approximately 50%
