Human Resources Business Partner
This position will support the team by utilizing HR expertise through communication with employees and managers at all levels. Will drive and implement HR initiatives to increase organizational effectiveness, build capability and talent of workforce and team, and lead strategy and tactics to positively impact overall business performance and HR metrics. Will be working with remote employee population including international locations.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the onboarding lifecycle and experience for new hires in assigned group, schedule orientation days, and serve as point of contact for new employees.
Partner with recruitment operations to facilitate the offer process for hires.
Manage the daily support of the assigned groups, including: transfers, promotions, and all other personnel changes for the employee base.
Administer benefits and payroll for assigned region through company systems or providing employer organization
Assist with mobility, payroll and benefits for international location ensuring compliance with local laws
Assist in maintaining human resources information system records and compiling reports.
Act as the main point of the contact for the employees and managers assigned group
Manage complex and difficult HR projects cross-functionally.
Build a strong business relationship (trusted advisor) with the internal client.
Coordinate all training activities for all employees in assigned group
Basic Qualifications
Preferably will have minimum 5 years’ demonstrated progressive experience in Human Resources
Ability to support and/or lead international and local projects. Must be able to research and appropriately interpret laws for locality.
Working knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines, including compensation practices, performance management, change management, HRIS, HR administration, employee communication.
Requires effective oral and written communications skills, excellent interpersonal skills and computer literacy.
Ability to work and communicate effectively with others across levels and functions while working on multiple tasks
Ability to make decisions based on all relevant information and builds recommendations and solves problems, based on this data
Requires a Bachelor’s degree, in Business, Human Resource Management, or a related discipline. An advanced degree in business or SPHR certification is a plus.
