Job Description
Role Mandate:
The Administrative Assistant is responsible from providing the highest level of support to management.
Responsibilities:
• Manage Outlook calendar and phone for several executives
• Manage meetings and conference room scheduling
• Extensive booking of travel arrangements including – flights, hotels, cars, reservations, etc.
• All expense reporting and reimbursement including ordering and managing the supply budget for the human resources department
• File and maintain all paperwork confidentially
• Assist with presentations and preparations for meetings while supporting the department and initiatives and programs
Qualifications:
• 4 year Degree
• Strong organizational and administrative skills
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Knowledge of Microsoft office suite
• Previous Human Resources experience preferred
