Primary Purpose
Fanatics, Inc. is seeking a motivated and dynamic Senior Social Marketing to join our digital marketing team. The Senior Social Marketing Manager will assist in launching and maintaining various paid social re-targeting and prospecting campaigns to generate traffic and sales for our websites. The ideal candidate will enjoy creating reports and analyzing campaign trends on a daily basis to help make strategic marketing decisions. They will be familiar with concepts of A/B testing for landing pages and creative optimization. The candidate would have experience working with major social, search and display re-targeting platforms. They will be goal oriented and have proven track records of driving strong ROI through optimization levers.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage Fanatics Brand and partner brands through performance social activation
• Develop and leverage internal and external partnerships and networks to maximize the achievement of business goals
• Manage strategic partnerships with our digital social marketing partners
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports that provide valuable metrics for advertising decisions
• Manage multi million dollar budgets spend on social media platforms driving towards key KPI
• Create and oversee social marketing campaigns through Facebooks Power Editor as well as other 3rd party systems
• Identify and address any data, platform or technology gaps that might hinder successful test and learn deployment
• Create, oversee and report on performance of paid social media campaigns on platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest and other major social media sites
• Develop creative strategy and the effective use of images and/or video in marketing campaigns
• Continuously run a/b test to learn what drives growth
• Assist with advertising efforts around major sporting events and holidays
• Support the development of annual plans
• Provide strategic thought leadership in the sports apparel space and how to utilize our social platforms to share that vision
• Help to meet key online marketing KPI goals including revenue and ROI
• Work with product, operations, and analytics to develop medium and long term strategies for growth.
Education and Experience Requirements
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a digital marketing role
• Minimum 5 years of experience managing cross-functional teams
• Strong communication and presentation skills (written and verbal) and a positive attitude
• Strong analytical skills: effectively gather, analyze, summarize and present data
• General knowledge of search engines (Google, Yahoo) and in depth knowledge of major social networks (Facebook, Instagram and Twitter)
• Commitment to learn new/changing industry developments and best practices
• Excellent writing and grammar skills
• Exceedingly detail oriented
• Ability to change focus easily and multitask
• Ability to work well under pressure with tight deadlines
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (primarily Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
• Must be willing to dedicate time outside of normal business hours to launch advertising for major sporting events (i.e. College National Championships, Super Bowl, Stanley Cup, etc.)
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
