Responsibilities
Reports directly to the Director of Marketing—Retail, Wholesale and Licensing
Partner with and manage Marketing Associate
Partner closely with key cross-functional teams (Digital, Events, PR, CRM, Creative, Visual, Sales, Merchandising and Licensing)
RETAIL
• Oversee budget, execution and strategy for all traditional marketing initiatives, including:
◦ Direct Mail
◦ Bounce Back Programs
◦ OOH advertising
◦ Print advertising in conjunction with mall lease requirements
• Work in partnership with CRM on the execution of the VIP loyalty gift card programs (3x key programs/year)
• Manage regional mall relationships and work with partners on both on-going seasonal and ad-hoc opportunities, as well as new store openings
• Oversee 3rd party credit card partnerships to drive new customer acquisition
• Develop monthly clienteling initiatives aligned with both sales goals and seasonal marketing messages; partner with retail training to educate field teams on customer outreach
• Serve as marketing point person to align with retail training, operations, field teams and customer service on all retail marketing programs, and ensure teams are de-briefed with accurate information, including logistics, timing, customer communication, and common customer questions
WHOLESALE (includes Mainline, Tory Sport and Global e-comm accounts)
Seasonal Campaign Planning
• Collaborate with Director to create seasonal marketing plans with key wholesale clients
• Ensure plans are specific to each partner and support all business objectives
• Maintain close partnership & manages implementation of strategy with external Wholesale accounts
Content Creation
• Partner with Creative team to ensure that Tory Burch Campaign assets (imagery and video) for Wholesale are captured each season
• Partner with Wholesale team to build a shot list that supports all key business needs
• Deliver seasonal marketing presentations for all accounts to highlight key seasonal messages, product investments and TB Campaign imagery to be leveraged across marketing channels
Account Management
• Manage marketing programs and execution for all special partnerships (Moda, Goop, Zola, HauteLook, Zappos, Von Maur, Net-a-Porter, etc.)
• Manage marketing programs and execution for all Sport Wholesale accounts (Net-A-Porter, My Theresa, Goop, Neiman Marcus)
• Manage marketing programs for all new Wholesale partnerships and launches
360 Marketing Execution and Hindsighting
• Work with Wholesale partners to ensure that seasonal marketing support for Tory Burch spans all relevant channels and supports the brand’s key business objectives
• Ensure that all partners are maximizing exposure for the brand while aligning messaging with Tory Burch brand point of view
• Partner with TB creative to develop and deliver all seasonal and launch marketing assets and layouts for Wholesale partners
• Supervise Marketing Associate in creating all seasonal and launch hindsighting reports which includes archiving creative layouts, reporting out on KPIs and identifying program successes and opportunities
LICENSING:
Seasonal Campaign Planning
• Supports Director with key marketing programs for all partners: Estee Lauder, Luxottica, Fossil and FitBit
• Partner with Licensing team and support Director with budget management
• Support Director in developing and managing 360 marketing programs for all new Licensed product launches
Content Creation
• Partner with Creative team to ensure that Tory Burch Campaign assets (imagery and video) for Licensing are captured each season
• Partner with TB Licensing team and external License partners to build a shot list that supports all key business needs
360 Marketing Execution and Hindsighting
• Work with License partners to ensure that seasonal marketing support for Tory Burch spans all relevant channels and supports the brands key business objectives
• Ensure that all partners are maximizing exposure for the brand while aligning messaging with Tory Burch brand point of view
• Collaborate with internal cross-functional partners to ensure that marketing support and exposure for Licensed products is maximized across Tory Burch channels (site, email, social, digital, in-store)
• Work with Creative team to manage all marketing asset development and approvals for License partners
• Supervise Marketing Associate in creating all seasonal and launch hindsighting reports which includes archiving creative layouts, reporting out on KPIs and identifying program successes and opportunities
