Reporting to the Brand Territory Manager, the Brand Marketing Coordinator is responsible for contributing to and supporting The North Face Brand marketing programs from go-to-market planning to execution.
Key Responsibilities:
• Work closely with the Brand Management team to coordinate GTM seasonal project implementation. Assist in the development of comprehensive marketing strategy (including brief development), manage the schedule for seasonal creative development and work with external agencies or internal creative teams to execute projects on time.
• Partner with Marketing Operations on management of all calendars and timelines for all brand marketing initiatives. Assist in the briefing and communication of asset development calendar with Global Brand teams and regional cross-functional teams.
• Acts as go-to cross-functional resource within respected territory to ensure category vision execution and product marketing execution across all consumer touchpoints (i.e. digital, social, in-store, etc.)
• Manages communication between 3rd party technology partnerships (i.e. Primaloft, Gore) and the brand to deliver optimized, integrated campaign and execution.
• Manage marketed technology and product naming and trademark search and clearance process with naming agency, internal teams and legal. Includes brief writing and kick-off.
• Other general responsibilities include: timelines, sample ordering and processing, and administrative tasks.
Skills & Job Requirements:
• Years of Related Professional Experience: 3+ years of experience in Brand Management/Marketing preferred.
• Educational/Position Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and years of experience.
• Computer/Software Applications: Extensive experience with Microsoft Office suite of applications.
• Highly motivated and creative self-starter with strong project management skills and the ability to work independently.
• Strong writing skills.
• Consumer brand, retail or Outdoor Industry experience a must.
• Astute multitasking and organizational skills required to excel in extremely fast-paced environment with tight timelines.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Superior attention to detail.
