Description
The eCommerce Analyst will synthesize various sources of statistical data (Coremetrics, AgilOne, SalesForce, Google Analytics, PFS Web Portal etc) to drive meaningful insights that support ElizabethArden.com member and brand growth.
Specific Responsibilities
• Ensure consistent tracking, populate analysis and report core website KPI's in various weekly and monthly dashboards.
• Act as a power user on Google Analytics, CoreMetrics, SalesForce (Demandware) and AgilOne
• Assist with all QA effort of all front end (creative) and functional tagging throughout the site
• Assist with analysis and reporting on effectiveness of new site feature launches and weekly/monthly campaign activity
• Analyze and articulate website trends based on analytics data
• Prepare critical data for feedback to eCommerce Team, Brand Marketing and Creative teams to drive higher sell-thru on key items and deeper user engagement.
• Support analysis and reporting on testing and targeting efforts underway with third party eMarketing partners
• Support adhoc requests as needed
Required Skills
• 1-3 years experience with eCommerce analytics (business/functional analysis or CRM; SalesForce Administration)
• Strong quantitative skills - Ability to analyze and synthesize large volumes of data down to key takeaways
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize among a wide range of responsibilities; working independently and within a team setting with all levels of the business
• Ability to think critically and bring a solutions-oriented approach to problem solving
• Ability to work under deadlines and deliver results
• Highly adept with Excel and PowerPoint
• Strong presentation and communication skills
• Intellectually curious
