Senior Graphic Designer, Women’s Apparel
Job Location: Baltimore, MD

We’re looking for creative graphic designers to help drive this process and bring the voice of the brand to life through iconic creativity. This opportunity gives you the chance to do that in one of the most dynamic and unique environments in the world, Under Armour Design Headquarters.
As our Sr. Graphic designer for Women’s apparel you will help drive and define Women’s graphics from concept to final design with iconic, trend-right and Brand-right graphics that are cutting-edge and fresh. The Sr. Designer will synergize with design management, apparel/product/footwear designers, product managers and developers to ensure that all needs of the business are met and product aligns in the most efficient and cost effective way possible. As a leader on the graphics team, you will be tasked to inspire those around you through passion, integrity, motivation and creativity. You will bring a strong point of view to the table that is built on your own inspirations and ideas as well as collaborative direction. You will execute around both short term and long term timelines that drive our quickturn and inline graphic programs. You will follow through intensively on all projects, ensuring that the development and production of graphics and trims is completed perfectly to our standards. You will help tell a great story that will define a strong concept behind any graphic or product you create. You will never stop looking to be inspired and will fuel this passion through research and travel that will inspire others as you report back to the team. You will build graphics for both the US and international markets that will be coveted and worn by athletes worldwide.
Requirements:
• BA or BS in graphic design
• 5+ years of Design experience required, preferably in apparel graphics industry
• Strong graphic design skills, including ideation, sketching, typography, composition, color and presentation building
• Exceptional skills in the Adobe suite of programs
• Strong communication skills
• The ability to recognize when is the right time to push the limits of a project but also knowing when to pull back and keep it simple
• A continued understanding and passion for trends within such areas as graphics, sports, art and fashion
• Obsessive attention to detail at all design levels but especially within the building of technical packs that detail all production aspects of your designs
• Proven ability working in a team environment that is fast paced, always shifting and bringing on new challenges.
• Ability to not only lead fearlessly as a senior contributor, but also take direction and work with multiple teams.
• Ability to manage workload, multiple schedules and timelines
• Demonstrate a strong passion for what you do
