Coordinator, Sales - Amazon
The Sales Coordinator provides direct support to the National Account Executive by working directly with the Amazon team to develop and nurture the relationship with VF and provide effective solutions to drive Amazon sales and execution. In addition, this position assists in the day-to-day administration needed to manage and direct the internal communication tasks necessary to properly manage and execute the Amazon business.
• Collaborate with Merchandising and Sales to build product recommendations and extensions to drive growth of the Amazon.com business (20%)
• Monitor Amazon site for appearance and accuracy, work with internal teams and Amazon partners to mitigate any challenges – including resolving Andon Cords and tickets generated by consumer complaints (15%)
• Publishes weekly sales reports and monthly catalog scrubs (15%)
• Maintains product catalogs (10%)
• Performs administrative tasks including reconciling monthly invoices for marketing & account support (10%)
• Assist sales with any additional special ad hoc projects and or analysis, including preparation for account meetings (30%)
Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with internal and external partners to drive Amazon sales growth and sales plans
• Assist AE with all key aspects of running and executing the Amazon business including but not limited to; sales analysis and competitive analysis
• Provide additional sales support for any special projects around driving Amazon sales
• Partner with sales & e-com merchandising to ensure flawless execution and set up of product
Requirements:
• Years of Related Professional Experience: 3-5 years
• BA/BS degree or comparable combination of education and experience
Skills:
• Strong computer skills, (MS Office, Word, Excel, Power Point etc.)
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to work in team environment
• Good organizational skills to enable multitasking
