Description
As our Retail Ops & Service Excellence [ROSE] Coordinator for Global Nike Direct, you’ll support the ROSE organization by coordinating and executing seamless and efficient ROSE processes, developing critical documentation and communications to support ongoing strategic priorities, and managing Prof Services/T&E budgets. You’ll provide general administrative support to the VP, ROSE & RESC. You’ll plan and coordinate key team meetings and events. You’ll identify and improve processes to work with others to achieve goals and get work completed in a timely manner.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications or a related field
• 3 years’ relevant administrative, operational or Communications experience
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• High level of customer service aptitude
• Proven experience working with multiple project and business deadlines
• Exercising high degree of professionalism and communication with confidential information
• Ability to manage multiple tasks through prioritization of workload
• 1 year of customer service experience is preferred
