Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Manage the day to day operations of the Accolade and ProofHQ by monitoring software performance, configuration and maintenance.
• Liaise with the software development team on system upgrade, and compatible issues with Windows or MAC systems
• Deliver service and support to the users of Accolade and ProofHQ
• Develop tools, procedures and training sessions for Accolade and ProofHq users to assist with work
• Support and lead the development of Accolade and ProofHQ, keeping up-to-date with Operation team’s best practice, identifying opportunities for improvement and working with other functional teams to develop process
• Ownership of the New Product Planning reporting including maintenance, publishing, communication, and continuous improvement of reports
• Support Director, New Product Planning for continuous improvement of new product development process and identify new process improvement opportunities
• Stay current with technological developments in system administration technology and recommend ways for users to take advantage of new technology
• All other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
• Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or related discipline coupled with system management and reporting experience
• 2-3 years experience in a system management and reporting is required.
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Experience with desktop operation systems including Windows and MAC OS X
• Strong Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio) skills
